The MC68HC908LV8CPBE is the newest member of the low-cost, high-performance M68HC08 Family of 8-bit microcontroller units (MCUs) with integrated liquid crystal display (LCD) driver.

- Programmable periodic interrupt (PPI)
- 6-channel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC10)
- 4/3 backplanes and static with maximum 24/25 frontplanes liquid crystal display (LCD) driver
- Up to 40 general-purpose input/output (I/O) ports:
- 4 keyboard interrupt with internal pull-up
- 4 x 15 mA high current sink pins
