PCA9701/PCA9702是低功率18 V容限SPI通用输入(GPI)移位寄存器,主要用于监视开关输入的状态。当一个或多个开关输入改变状态时,其会生成中断。当输入电平大于0.7 x VDD时,将其识别为高电平,而当其小于0.4 x VDD(5 V节点处的最小阈值为2 V)时,将其识别为低电平。PCA9701可监视最多16个开关输入而PCA9702可监视最多8个开关输入。
CS引脚的下降沿会对输入端口状态进行采样并清除中断。当CS为低电平时,SCLK的上升沿会加载移位寄存器并将值移出移位寄存器。在SCLK的下降沿上对串行输入进行采样。
每个输入端口均有18 V击穿ESD保护电路。当使用串联电阻(最小100 kΩ)时,输入可连接至12 V电池并支持汽车应用中的双电池、电池反接、27 V快速启动和40 V负载突降情形。根据用于限制输入电流的串联电阻,输入上可耐受更高的电压。
通过高击穿电压和高ESD,这些器件在汽车(可符合AEC-Q100)和移动应用中很有用。
PCA9703/PCA9704是PCA9701/PCA9702的新引脚兼容器件,具有中断屏蔽功能,允许所选输入不生成中断并以0.05 x VDD(5 V节点处最小为225 mV)的最小滞后提供0.55 x VDD(5 V节点处最小为2.5 V)的更高接地偏移。
