PCA9703是一款低功率18 V容限SPI通用输入(GPI)移位寄存器,主要用于监视开关输入的状态。它会在一个或多个开关输入改变状态时生成中断,但允许使用中断屏蔽功能使所选输入不生成中断。当输入电平大于0.8 x VDD时,将其识别为高电平,而当其小于0.55 x VDD(5 V节点处的最小低电平阈值为2.5 V)时,将其识别为低电平。PCA9703可监视最多16个开关输入。
CS引脚的下降沿会对输入端口状态进行采样并清除中断。当CS为电平表时,SCLK的上升沿会加载移位寄存器并将值移出移位寄存器。在SCLK的下降沿上对串行输入进行采样。在CS的上升沿上将移位寄存器的内容载入器件的中断屏蔽寄存器。
每个输入端口均有18 V击穿ESD保护电路,将ESD/过电压电流转至接地。当使用串联电阻(最小100 kΩ)时,输入可连接至12 V电池并支持汽车应用中的双电池、电池反接、27 V快速启动和40 V负载突降情形。根据用于限制输入电流的串联电阻,输入上可耐受更高的电压。
INT_EN引脚用于启用GPI引脚和启用INT输出引脚以使循环提供上拉或下拉应用中的电池消耗最小化。SDIN下拉防止器件用于菊花链应用中时的浮动节点。
通过高击穿电压和高ESD,此器件在汽车(可符合AEC-Q100)和移动应用中很有用。
