2N2222A MIL-PRF-19500/255: 50V, 800mA NPN Small Signal Transistor - TO-18
The ON Semiconductor 2N2222A, 2N2222AA, and 2N2222AAL small signal NPN silicon epitaxial switching transistor is on the US DLA Land and Maritime Qualified Products List (QPL) and available in versions meeting JAN, JANTX and JANTXV quality levels. All versions of the 2N2222A are supplied in a hermetically sealed TO-39 and TO-5 packages. Target applications for the MIL-PRF-19500/251-qualified devices include switching and linear amplification in missile guidance, munitions, radio communications, commercial and military avionics and other military and aerospace systems where high reliability in harsh conditions and longevity of product supply are key design considerations.
