TIP42:PNP Bipolar Power Transistor
The Bipolar Power Transistor is designed for general purpose power amplifier and switching applications. The TIP41, TIP42A, TIP42B, TIP42C (NPN); and TIP42, TIP42A, TIP42B, TIP42C (PNP) are complementary devices.
