The ADR2 Evaluation kit contains a low frequency reader required to evaluate and operate the Texas Instruments Car Access Products. The kit comes with a reader base board, LF antenna, a USB/RS232 adaptor. Together with the online available PC software all functions of the reader could be controlled and all automotive transponders, Remote Keyless Entry and Passive Entry devices could be adressed. Operation of transponder functions but also passive entry communication is feasiable with the same system without component changes.
