TPS60141EVM-144 描述
The TPS60141EVM-144 is an evaluation tool for the regulated voltage tripler charge pump TPS60140. The package includes a tested evalutation module (EVM), an EVM user's guide (SLVU023) that contains the schematic, bill of material, components placement, layout and the setup of the EVM. The TPS60140/1 datasheet is also included, but please make sure that you download the latest version from the TI internet.
