The Atmel 4Kb, 2-wire bus, Serial EEPROM with Full Memory Write Protect. The EEPROM is organized as 512 words x 8 bits. It is optimized for automotive applications where low-power and low-voltage operations are essential. The EEPROM is available in space-saving packaging options, and 2.5V (2.5V to 5.5V) versions.
