The Atmel 64Kb I²C compatible Serial EEPROM is organized as 8192 x 8 bits, and is accessed via a 2-wire serial bus supporting up to eight devices. The device is optimized for use in many automotive applications where low-power and low-voltage operation are essential. The device is available in 8-lead, space-saving packaging options, and operates at 2.5V (Vcc = 2.5V to 5.5V).
