The high-performance CMOS programmable logic device (PLD) with proven Atmel electrically erasable flash memory supports speeds down to 25ns. All speed ranges are specified over the 3.0V to 5.5V range for industrial and commercial temperature ranges. The device provides a low-voltage and edge-sensing "zero" power CMOS PLD solution with 5µA typical standby power. When the device is idle it powers down automatically to the zero power mode through the Atmel patented Input Transition Detection (ITD) circuitry.
