AD8131 低成本、高速差分驱动器

AD8131是一款差分或单端输入至差分输出驱动器,无需外部元件就能获得固定增益2。相对于运算放大器,AD8131在驱动长线路信号或驱动差分输入ADC方面取得了重大进步。它具有独特的内部反馈特性,在10MHz时可提供于−68 dB达到平衡的输出增益和相位匹配,能够降低辐射电磁干扰(EMI)并抑制谐波。AD8131采用ADI公司的新一代XFCB双极性工艺制造,-3 dB带宽为400 MHz,提供差分信号,且谐波失真非常低。

AD8131可用作通过低成本双绞线或同轴电缆实现高速信号传输的差分驱动器,可以用于模拟、数字视频信号或其它高速数据信号的传输。AD8131驱动器能够驱动3类、5类双绞线或同轴电缆,且线路衰减极小。与分立式线路驱动器解决方案相比,AD8131的成本和性能有明显改善。

AD8131提供SOIC和MSOP两种封装,工作温度范围为-40°C至+125°C。
