AD5556 电流输出、并行输入、14位数模转换器

AD5546/AD5556分别是精密16/14位、低功耗、电流输出、并行输入数模转换器,采用+5 V单电源供电,四象限输出的乘法基准电压为±10V。

内置的四象限电阻有利于电阻匹配和温度跟踪,使多象限应用所需的元件数量最少。此外,反馈电阻(RFB)也可以简化通过外部缓冲实现电流-电压转换的操作。

AD5546/AD5556采用紧凑型TSSOP-28封装,工作温度范围为–40ºC至+85ºC。
