AD7547 双通道12位CMOS DAC,采用并行加载输入结构

AD7547在单芯片上集成两个12位电流输出DAC,内置电平转换器、数据寄存器和控制逻辑,可以与微处理器轻松接口。它有12路数据输入CSA、CSB、WR控制DAC选择与加载。数据在WR上升沿锁存至DAC寄存器中。该器件与大多数微处理器速度兼容,并且接受TTL、74HC和5V CMOS逻辑电平输入。

该数模转换器提供四象限乘法功能,具有单独的基准电压输入和反馈电阻。单芯片结构则可确保出色的散热和增益误差跟踪特性。在整个温度范围内,两个DAC均能保证12位单调性。

AD7547采用线性兼容CMOS (LC²MOS)工艺制造,因而能够在同一芯片上实现快速数字逻辑与精密线性电路。
