AD8311 50 dB GSM PA控制器

AD8311是一款用于精确控制RF功率放大器的低成本完整子系统，工作频率范围为0.1 GHz 至 2.5 GHz，典型动态范围为50 dB，主要用于蜂窝手机和其它电池供电的无线设备。与使用二极管检波器的控制器相比，对数放大器技术提供的测量范围更宽、精度更高，在-40°C至+85°C额定温度范围内的温度稳定性尤为出色。

同时灵敏度较高，允许以较低信号电平进行控制，从而降低了耦合至检波器所需的功耗。
