AD9281 双通道、8位分辨率、CMOS ADC

AD9281是一款完整双通道、28 MSPS、8位CMOS ADC,专门针对要求两个ADC高度匹配的应用(例如通信应用中的I/Q通道)进行了优化。28 MHz采样速率和宽输入带宽可涵盖窄带与扩频两种通道。AD9281集成两个8位、28 MSPS ADC、两个输入缓冲放大器、一个内部基准电压源和多路复用数字输出缓冲。
