AD9779A 双通道、16-Bit、1 GSPS、数模转换器

AD9776A/AD9778A/AD9779A是双通道、12-/14-/16-bit、宽动态范围数模转换器(DAC),提供1 GSPS采样速率,允许高至奈奎斯特频率的多载波生成。这些数模转换器已经为直接转换传输应用进行最优化,包括法和(delete)数字复调制、增益与偏移补偿。数模转换器输出已进行优化,可以同ADI公司的ADL537x FMOD系列等模拟正交调制器进行无缝接口。串行外设接口(SPI)为许多内部参数提供可编程/回读。满幅输出电流可以在10 mA~30 mA范围进行设置。这些模数转换器是利用先进的0.18µm CMOS工艺制作的,工作电压范围为1.8 V~3.3 V,全部功耗为1.0 W。它们采用100引脚薄型扁平四面封装(TQFP)
