AD9858 1 GSPS直接数字频率合成器

AD9858是一款直接数字频率合成器(DDS),内置一个10位DAC,工作速度最高达1 GSPS。该器件采用先进的DDS技术,内置一个高速、高性能数模转换器,构成数字可编程的完整高频合成器,能够产生最高400+ MHz的频率捷变模拟输出正弦波。AD9858专为提供快速跳频和精密调谐分辨率(32位频率调谐字)而设计。频率调谐和控制字以并行(8位)或串行加载格式载入AD9858。该器件内置一个集成式电荷泵(CP)和相位频率检波器(PFD),适合同时要求高速DDS与锁相环功能的频率合成应用。此外还提供一个片内模拟混频器,适合同时拥有DDS、PLL和混频器的应用,如频率转换环路、调谐器等。AD9858的时钟输入上还具有二分频特性,使外部时钟速率可以高达2 GHz。 应用

AD9858的额定工作温度范围为–40°C至+85°C工业温度范围。
