AD9913 低功耗、250 MSPS、10位DAC、1.8 V CMOS直接数字频率合成器

AD9913是一款完整的直接数字频率合成器(DDS),专为满足便携式、手持式和电池供电设备严格的功耗限制而设计。该器件内置一个10位数模转换器(DAC),最高采样速率为250 MSPS。它采用先进的DDS技术,连同高速、高性能DAC,构成完整的数字可编程高频合成器,能够产生最高100 MHz.的频率捷变模拟输出正弦波。

AD9913提供快速跳频和精密调谐分辨率。它还具有良好的相位偏移控制分辨率。控制字通过串行或并行I/O端口载入AD9913。它还支持在用户定义的线性扫描模式下工作,可产生频率的高度线性扫描波形。为了支持多种产生系统时钟的方法,AD9913不仅内置振荡器,可以利用简单晶体作为频率参考,还内置高速时钟倍频器,可以将参考时钟频率转化为整个系统时钟速率。为了降低功耗,AD9913的许多独立模块可在不工作时关断。

AD9913的工作温度范围为−40°C至+85°C扩展工业温度范围。
