ADM1062 Super Sequencer®超级时序控制器是一款可配置电源监控/时序控制器件,可针对多电源系统中的电源监控和时序控制提供一种单芯片解决方案。除这些功能外,ADM1062还集成一个12位ADC和六个8位电压输出DAC。利用这些电路可以实现闭环余量微调系统,以便通过更改反馈节点,或利用DAC输出更改DC-DC转换器的基准电压来实现电源调整。 中央交换局系统 服务器/路由器 多电压系统线路卡 DSP/FPGA 电源时序控制 余量微调电源的在线测试

只需用极少的外部元件便可执行电源余量微调。余量微调环路可以用于生产期间的电路板在线测试(例如,验证电路板在电源电压比标称电压低5%时的功能),也可以动态使用,以便精确控制DC-DC转换器的输出电压。

该器件还提供多达10路可编程输入,最多可监控10个电源的欠压故障、过压故障或窗口外故障。此外,10路可编程输出可用作逻辑使能。其中6路可编程输出也可以提供最高12 V输出,用于驱动可置于电源路径的N-FET栅极。

利用ADM1062可以进行温度测量。它含有一个内部温度传感器,还有一路差分输入用于远程热敏二极管,二者均通过12位ADC进行测量。

该器件的逻辑内核是一个时序控制引擎。它采用状态机结构,可提供多达63种不同状态。这种设计可以根据输入状况,对输出进行非常灵活的时序控制。

ADM1062通过编程写入EEPROM中的配置数据进行控制。全部配置可以利用ADI公司具有直观图形用户界面(GUI)的软件包进行编程。
