HMC452QS16G(E)是一款高动态范围GaAs InGaP异质结双极性晶体管(HBT)、1瓦特MMIC功率放大器,在0.4至2.2 GHz的频率下工作。 该放大器采用微型16引脚QSOP塑料封装,其增益在0.4 GHz时通常为22.5 dB,在2.1 GHz时通常为9 dB。 它仅使用极小数量的外部元件和单个+5V电源,其输出IP3可以优化为+43 dBm(0.4 GHz时)或+48 dBm(2.1 GHz时)。 功率控制(VPD)可用于全省电模式或RF输出功率/电流控制。 高输出IP3和PAE使得HMC452QS16G(E)成为适合蜂窝/PCS/3G、WLL、ISM和固定无线应用的理想功率放大器。
