HSMA-C190 Avago Technologies HSMA-C190 高性能 ChipLED

这款芯片式 LED 采用铝铟镓磷化物（AlInGaP）材料技术。AlInGaP 材料的发光效率极高，可在宽范围驱动电流条件下实现高光输出。因采用 AS AlInGaP 而使这款表面贴装型产品呈现出 592 纳米琥珀色。 此套件可按颜色和强度分级。 这种 ChipLED 采用上层发光套件，体现宽视角，是导光管以及键盘和面板直接背光照明的理想之选。为了便于取放和操作，这种 ChipLED 可按卷带式封装方案供货，每卷 4000 件。 该封装产品适于采用红外焊接工艺。
