特点

HSMP-386x 通用型 PIN 二极管主要面向两类应用所设计，第一类应用是以电流消耗为最重要设计考量的衰减器，第二类应用是低电容为最重要设计考量的切换开关。Ct 和 Rs 参数仅是标准，面向需要保证这些参数的应用请参考 HSMP-383x 系列。Ct=0.25pF, Rs@10mA=4.5Ohms, Tau=500nSec, Fc=318kHz。
