Enabled for the latest 12Gb/s SAS and SATA specifications, the SAS3x40 supports T-10 zoning across 255 zones, port mirroring, spread spectrum clocking, and five I2C interfaces for enclosure management and debugging. DataBolt bandwidth optimizer technology aggregates bandwidth to provide 12Gb/s SAS performance to the host when using 6Gb/s and 3Gb/s SATA end devices, making it ideal for high-capcity and other storage applications.
