Evaluation Driver board for  650V 3-level EconoPACK™ 4 modules in NPC2-topology (e.g. F3L400R07PE4_B26). Coreless transformer IGBT drivers are used for gate control and protection. The Adapter board (MA3L120E07) and  IGBT module have to be ordered separately.
