TLE4274GS V25

The TLE 4274 / 3.3V;2.5V is a voltage regulator available in a SOT223 and TO252 package. The IC regulates an input voltage up to 40 V to V Qrated = 3.3 V/2.5 V. The maximum output current is 400 mA. The IC is short-circuit proof and has a shutdown circuit protecting it against over temperature. The TLE 4274 is also available as 5 V, 8.5 V and 10 V version. Please refer to the datasheet TLE 4274.

With an input voltage range of 2.75V to 42V and ultra low quiescent of only 9μA the regulators are perfectly suitable for automotive or any other supply systems connected permanently to the battery. The TLS810D1EJV50 is available in 5.0V output voltage version with an accuracy of 2 % and output current capability up to 100mA. It is stable with only a small ceramic capacitor of 1μF at the output. The device can be switched on and off by the Enable feature leading to a current consumption of less than 1μA.
