TLF4949SJ

The TLF4949 is a monolithic integrated 5V voltage regulator with a very low dropout output and additional functions as under voltage reset with power-on reset delay and input voltage sense. It is designed to supply microcontroller controlled systems especially in automotive applications.

With extended operating range down to 2.75V, TLS810C1EJV33 is also suitable to supply automotive systems operating during cranking condition. TLS810C1EJV33 includes internal protection features like output current limitation and over-temperature shutdown.
