嵌入式电源IC是单封装解决方案，内含兼容标准8051内核的8位微控制器，并搭载片上调试支持（OCDS）功能和系统基础芯片（SBC）。
SBC配置了兼容LIN2.0 、LIN1.3 / SAEJ2602的LIN收发器、低压降稳压器（LDO）、两个低侧开关（继电器驱动器）和为霍尔传感器（TLE4966）等供电的电源。另外，还 配置了一个高侧LED驱动器。
这种集成电路是采用PG-VQFN-48封装的多芯片模块（MCM），能经受工业应用恶劣条件的考验。
