74ABT244: 八位元缓冲器/线路驱动器（3态）
74ABT244高性能BiCMOS器件结合了低静态和动态功耗以及高速和高输出驱动。
74ABT244器件是八位元缓冲器，非常适合用于驱动总线线路。该器件具有两个输出使能（1OE，2OE），每个使能都控制四个3态输出。
