74AUP1Z04GM: 低功耗晶体驱动器，带使能和内部晶体管
74AUP1Z04结合了74AUP1GU04和74AUP1G04的功能以及使能电路和内部偏置电阻，提供最适合晶体振荡器应用的器件。
不使用时，可将EN输入驱动为高电平，从而将该器件置于低功耗禁用模式，其中X1通过RPU拉至高电平、X2设置为低电平、Y设置为高电平。EN输入处的施密特触发器动作使电路容许整个0.8 V至3.6 V VCC 范围内较慢的输入上升和下降时间。
该器件完全针对在输出Y处使用IOFF的局部掉电应用设计。IOFF电路可禁用输出，防止掉电时破坏性回流电流通过该器件。
74AUP1Z04因集成了这两个器件而在各种频率和温度范围内形成尺寸紧凑、功耗低和操作稳定的优势。
