74HC540D: 八位元缓冲器/线路驱动器;3态;反相

74HC540;74HCT540是带3态输出的8位缓冲器/线路驱动器。该器件具有两个输出使能(OE1和OE2)。OEn上的高电平使输出呈高阻抗关断状态。输入包括钳位二极管。其能使用限流电阻将输入连接到高于VCC的电压。
