74HCT245D: 八进制总线收发器;3态

74HC245;74HCT245是高速硅栅CMOS器件,与低功耗肖特基TTL (LSTTL)针脚兼容。

74HC245;74HCT245是八位元收发器,在发送和接收方向上都具有非反相3态总线兼容输出。74HC245;74HCT245具有可实现轻松级联的输出使能输入(OE)和可实现方向控制的发送/接收输入(DIR)。OE控制输出,因此总线可以得到有效隔离。

74HC245;74HCT245类似于74HC640;74HCT640,但具有真正(非反相)输出。
