74HC(T)1G125: 总线缓冲器/线路驱动器；3态
74HC1G125；74HCT1G125是高速硅栅CMOS器件。
74HC1G125；74HCT1G125提供一个带3态输出的非反相缓冲器/线路驱动器。3态输出通过输出使能输入（针脚OE）控制。针脚OE处的高电平使输出呈高阻抗关断状态。
与74HC125和74HCT125相比，总线驱动器输出电流相等。
