74LVC162245A；74LVCH162245A是16位收发器，在发送和接收方向上都具有非反相3态总线兼容输出。 两个发送/接收(nDIR)输入控制方向，两个输出使能(nOE)输入可实现轻松级联。nOE控制输出，因此总线可以得到有效隔离。该器件可用作两个8位收发器或一个16位收发器。
输入可通过3.3 V或5 V器件进行驱动。禁用时，可以向输出施加高达5.5 V的电压。这些特性允许将这些器件用作混合3.3 V和5 V应用中的转换器。
74LVCH162245A数据输入上的总线保持无需使用外部上拉电阻来保持未使用的输入。
高电平和低电平输出级都包括可减少线路噪声的30 Ω串联端接电阻。
