74LVC541A：八位元缓冲器/线路驱动器，带5 V容压输入/输出；3态

74LVC541A是带5 V容压输入和输出的八进制非反相缓冲器/线路驱动器。3态输出通过输出使能输入OE1 和OE2控制。

该器件完全适合使用IOFF的局部掉电应用。IOFF电路可禁用输出，防止掉电时破坏性回流电流通过该器件。

输入可通过3.3 V或5 V器件进行驱动。禁用时，可以向输出施加高达5.5 V的电压。这些特性允许将这些器件用作混合3.3 V和5 V应用中的转换器。
