BGU6102：宽带硅低噪声放大器MMIC

BGU6102 MMIC是一款无与伦比的宽带MMIC产品，具有集成式偏置特性，可实现功能和宽电源电压。 BGU6102属于由三款型号（BGU6101、BGU6102和BGU6104）组成的产品系列中的其中一款，针对2 mA工作电流而优化。
