BTA201-800B：三象限Hi-Com三端双向可控硅
平面钝化高换向三象限三端双向可控硅采用SOT54 (TO-92)塑料封装。该“B系列”三端双向可控硅专门设计用于在最大结点温度下交换完整的RMS电流，无需缓冲器的帮助。
