BTA312-600C:三象限Hi-Com三端双向可控硅

平面钝化高换向三象限三端双向可控硅采用SOT78 (TO-220AB)塑料封装,旨在用于可能发生高静态和动态dV/dt以及高dI/dt的电路。该“C系列”三端双向可控硅可在最大额定结点温度下交换完整的额定RMS电流而无需缓冲器的帮助。
