IP4251/52/53/54-TTL: 集成式4、6和8通道无源滤波器网络，带ESD保护

这些器件是4、6和8通道RC低通滤波器阵列，设计用于过滤便携式通信或计算设备I/O端口上的无用RF信号。此外，这些器件集成有二极管，保护下游元件免受高达±30 kV静电放电(ESD)电压的影响。

这些器件采用单芯片硅技术制造，集成有高达八个电阻和十六个二极管，采用0.4 mm间距的8、12或16针脚超薄无铅方形扁平无引脚(QFN)塑料封装，高度仅为0.55 mm。

为下列应用提供通用电磁干扰(EMI)和射频干扰(RFI)滤波以及下游器件的ESD保护：
