LPC1112FDH20: 16kB闪存、4kB SRAM、TSSOP20封装

LPC1112FDH20是基于ARM Cortex-M0的低成本32位MCU，设计用于8位/16位微控制器应用，提供性能、低功率、简单指令集和内存寻址，与现有8位/16位架构相比，代码尺寸更小。LPC1112FDH20的CPU工作频率最高可达50 MHz。LPC1112FDH20包括高达16 kB的闪存、高达4 kB的数据存储器、1个RS-485/EIA-485 UART、1个具有SSP功能的SPI接口、4个通用计数/定时器、1个10位ADC以及最多14个通用I/O引脚。
