LPC1112FHN33: 16kB闪存、4kB SRAM、HVQFN32封装

LPC1112FHN33是ARM Cortex-M0微控制器,工作频率最高可达50 MHz。LPC1112FHN33的补充外设包括16 kB闪存、高达4 kB的SRAM、1个超快速模式I²C总线接口、1个RS-485/EIA-485 UART、1个具有SSP功能的SPI接口、4个通用计数/定时器、1个10位ADC以及28个通用I/O引脚。此外,LPC1112FHN33具有独特的片内API驱动功率模型,向用户提供即时可用的电源管理模板。用于优化CPU性能、CPU效率和最低有功电流的功率配置模型,在不影响速度或功能的情况下,在整个电压范围(1.8 V至3.6 V)内能以最大工作频率运行。
