LPC11U14FHI33: 32kB闪存、6kB SRAM、HVQFN32封装

LPC11U14FHI33是基于ARM Cortex-M0的低成本32位MCU,设计用于8位/16位微控制器应用,提供性能、低功率、简单指令集和内存寻址,与现有8位/16位架构相比,代码尺寸更小。LPC11U14FHI33的CPU工作频率最高可达50 MHz。LPC11U14FHI33的全套外设包括高达32 kB的Flash存储器、6 kB SRAM数据存储器、1个高度灵活和可配置的全速USB 2.0设备控制器、1个超快速模式I2C总线接口、1个支持同步模式和智能卡接口的RS-485/EIA-485 USART、1个SSP接口、4个通用计数/定时器、1个10位ADC以及最多26个通用I/O引脚。
