MC33186: 汽车H桥驱动：150 mOhm

33186是一个集成的H桥，非常适用于小马力DC电机和双向推力电磁控制。此IC集成了内部控制逻辑、电荷泵、门极驱动器和低导通电阻MOSFET输出电路。33186能够控制高达5.0 A的连续电感DC负载电流。输出负载可被脉宽调制(PWM)，频率高达10 kHz。

特性

工作电源电压 5 V - 28 V
针对瞬变(Vbat 最高达40 V)的过电压保护
导通电阻 = 在25°C时，每个输出晶体管为150 mOhm
连续DC 负载电流为5 A (TC < 100 °C)
输出电流典型值限制为6.5 A +/- 20%
输出电流超过8 A时短路关闭
兼容逻辑输入TTL / CMOS
高达20 kHz的工作频率
过热保护，短路保护
欠压禁用功能
诊断输出
两个禁用输入
采用外部电容(VBAT 最大47 mF)实现稳定运行
