MC33816: 面向电磁控制的SD6可编程驱动器

恩智浦MC33816是一个可编程门控驱动IC,用于精确的电磁控制应用。

特性
  • 电池电压范围为:5.0 V < VBATT < 32 V
  • 预驱动器工作电压最高为72 V
  • 高边/低边预驱动PWM可高达100 KHz (30 n库伦)
  • 所有预驱动器都有4个可选的压摆率
  • 8个可选的预定义VDS监控阈值
  • 用于保护微代码的加密功能
