MC33886: H桥有刷直流电机驱动器，5-28V，5A，10kHz
MC33886是一款单片式电源IC，将控制逻辑、电荷泵、门极驱动以及低R DS（ON）MOSFET输出H桥电路集成到一个小型表面贴装封装中。
这款产品在两个方向提供5.2 A rms电流，驱动电感负载。此外，电流驱动器可以在高达10 kHz的频率上进行脉宽调制(PWM)。状态标志输出能检测并报告欠压、过热和过流条件。
输出控制通过两个独立输入进行(前向、后向、续流低和续流高是可能出现的有效输出状态)。提供两个禁用输入，一个Low =True和一个High =True，任何一个都可以使输出进入高抗阻关闭状态。
典型应用包括：DC电机单导梯形螺纹执行器，伺服齿轮执行器，双向推力电磁和小马力电机控制。
