MC33887: H桥有刷直流电机驱动器，5-28V，5A，10kHz
33887是一款单片H桥功率集成电路，具有负载电流反馈功能，非常适用于闭环直流电机控制。此IC集成了内部控制逻辑、电荷泵、门极驱动器和低导通电阻MOSFET输出电路。33887能够控制电感负载，连续DC负载电流可达5.0 A，峰值电流有效控制在5.2 A到7.8 A之间。在频率高达10 kHz时，可对输出负载进行脉宽调制。负载电流反馈功能提供成比例的(1/375的负载电流)电流输出，适合由微控制器的A/D输入来监控。此功能有助于闭环扭矩/速度控制以及开路负载检测的设计。
故障状态输出引脚可报告过压、短路和过热情况。两个独立输入可对两个半桥推挽式输出进行极性控制。两个禁用输入强制H桥输出设置为三态模式(显示高抗阻状态)。
