MC33909: 带DC/DC和多个接地开关接口的系统基础芯片

恩智浦MC33909 IC集成了系统基础芯片的功能和16个开关检测输入,并作为一个高级电源管理单元,用于MCU和其他集成电路,例如传感器、CAN收发器和eXtreme开关。

特性
  • 一个CAN接口(ISO 11898-2和-5)
  • 4个LIN 收发器,符合LIN 2.1和SAE J2602-2规范
  • 可扩展平台解决方案,采用0至4 LIN
  • 6个电源输入
  • VDD电压轨(3.3或5.0 V,500mA)在VBATP上运行时只需要2.5 V的电压(由VPRE降压/升压供电)
  • 支持低电压启动,VBATP = 5.3 V,启动电压可低至VBATP = 2.5 V
  • 低功耗VDD模式中的低静态电流,典型值为125 µA
  • VAUX电压轨(3.3或5.0 V)能够承受电池短路(40V)情况
  • 面向VAUX的外部PNP通过晶体管
  • SPI通信
  • 跛行回家模式的SAFE_B引脚
  • 模拟复用器
  • 可选择在开关检测输入状态更改时唤醒
  • VDD关闭模式中的VBATP待机电流,典型值为100 µA
  • VBATP上电复位为默认设置
  • 开关状态更改时主动中断(INT_B)
  • 轮询扫描睡眠/唤醒功能
