MC33931: H桥，有刷直流电机驱动器，5-28V，5A，11kHz

恩智浦MC33931是一款单片集成式H桥电源IC，采用耐用的热增强型封装，主要针对汽车电子油门控制而设计，但也能用于电流和电压规格范围内的任何低压DC伺服电机控制应用。

特性

连续工作电压为8.0V至28V (瞬态电压范围为5.0V至40V)
235mΩ最大导通电阻 @结温=150°C (每个H桥MOSFET)
3.0V和5.0V TTL / CMOS逻辑兼容输入
通过内部恒定关断时间PWM进行过流限制(调节)
输出短路保护(短接至VPWR或GND)
与温度有关的电流限制阈值下降
所有输入均有一个内部源/汇点来定义默认(浮动输入)状态
睡眠模式电流消耗< 50μA (每一半均有输入浮动或设置为匹配默认逻辑状态)
