MC34674: 单芯锂离子/锂聚合物电池旅行充电器

MC34674是一款全集成的单芯锂离子和锂聚合物电池充电器,适用于旅行充电器应用。它只需要少量一些外部组件,包括指示充电状态的双色 LED、用以设定充电窗口的负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻电路和两个解耦电容器。

MC34674能承受高达28 V的输入电压, 可使用低成本的ac/dc转换器,以进一步降低系统成本。MC34674充电周期包括涓流式、恒流(CC)和恒压(CV)这三种充电模式。恒流模式电流在50 mA至1.05 A的范围内可选择,精确度为10%,恒压模式中的恒定输出电压固定为4.2 V。

MC34674有多种功能,如用于深度放电电池的涓流式充电;内部定时器提醒充电结束,防止电池充电故障;充电器电流折返热保护功能;智能电池连接验证,防止在电池未连接的情况下充电。它有一个2.6 V的上电复位(POR)下降沿阈值,使其能与电流限制电源完美协作。当充电器关闭时,BAT引脚消耗电池不足1 µA的电流。
