特性
- 双指令执行(dual-issue)32位、基于Power Architecture且兼容Book E的CPU内核复合体(e200z4d)存储器管理单元和4 KB指令缓存
- 与通常兼容Book E的代码相比，可变长度编码(VLE)指令集可以显著减少代码大小。
- 最高2 MB片上闪存，带闪存控制器
- 独立的4×16 KB闪存块，用于EEPROM仿真
- 高达64 KB片上SRAM，带ECC
- 高达1 MB片上图形SRAM(无ECC)
- 支持两个TFT显示器，为数字视频输入提供WVGA分辨率的并行数据接口(PDI)
- 音频产生和播放使用带4通道混频器和PWM或I2S输出的PCM或DDS信号源
- 带电机失速检测的步进电机驱动器，可监测多达6个计量
