MPXx5004: 0至3.92kPa，差压和表压，集成压力传感器

MPxx5004系列(MPXV5004G和MPVZ5004G系列)是最新型的单片式硅压力传感器。这些传感器集先进的微机械技术、薄膜金属化和双极性工艺于一身，可提供与所施压力成正比、精确的高电平模拟输出信号。

特性

温度补偿范围为10°到60℃
可提供应变片表面贴装(SMT)或过孔(DIP)配置
耐用型热塑(PPS)封装

- 改进后的轴向端口适用于工业级管材
- +10到+60℃温度范围内0到100 mm H2O的最大误差率为1.5%，带自动调零功能

- +10到+60℃温度范围内0到400 mm H2O的最大误差率为6.5%，无自动调零功能
